Business Model Canvas

Business model workshop for clean and green businesses.

At this workshop you’ll learn about the famous Business Model Canvas. You’ll master how to develop a clearly laid out business model, so that you can easily describe it to your employees, stakeholders or potential investors.

You’ll learn the steps to create your own business model canvas; develop your value proposition and learn about identifying your ideal target market with market research.​​​​

The half day workshop will be facilitated by Gavin McWhirter of Digital Islands on Behalf of Clean Growth UK and a member of the Clean Growth UK commercialisation team.

It will be delivered virtually using Zoom – full instructions for joining will be sent in advance to all participants.

Who’s it for?

This workshop is for Clean Growth UK members only and must be focused on developing clean and green business innovation. It’s for any SME leader in any sector who wants to do things differently and is developing new clean and green products, services or processes.

We are able to provide this event free of charge to attendee through our Research England funding. The State aid value is approximately £150 per workshop.
