How to create a business fit for a net zero future

Do you need to change your products or services to meet the rapidly evolving market for sustainability?

In this workshop, you’ll use the Business Model Canvas and Innovation Canvas tools to help you create a roadmap for your business that aligns business growth and investment with sustainability.

You’ll build the crux of a business plan that’s got sustainability at its heart, putting you in an ideal position to pursue investment and get innovating.

It’s online and delivered over three sessions.

  • Session 1 – 25 July 2023 – 10am – 11.30am:

Map out your business on the Business Model Canvas and get clarity on how you’re generating revenue, who you’re selling to, and how you reach them. You’ll explore how to embed sustainability into your business model.

  • Session 2 – 1 August July 2023 – 10am – 11.30am:

The next step is to understand how to make change. Using the Innovation Canvas, you’ll identify the most important challenges in developing an innovative product, service, or process and learn what you need to prioritise and get support with.

  • Session 3 – 8 August 2023 – 10am – 11.30am:

In this final session, you’ll combine your Business Model Canvas and Innovation Canvas to create a pitch that’s ripe for innovation funding or investment.
