Start Up Energy Transition Award
Start Up Energy Transition (SET) is a global innovation platform supporting innovation in the energy transition to address climate change.
The annual SET Award is an international competition for start-up companies across the globe. This year the competition focuses on “the role of the circular economy in the energy transition“. In doing so, the aim is to foster energy innovation and transformation, while embedding sustainable approaches within product/service lifecycles.
Applications can be made within any of the following categories:
- Clean Energy Generation
- Demand-side Innovation
- Energy Distribution and Storage
- Smart Mobility & Transportation
- Quality Energy Access & SDG-7
Funding rate:
The prise is €10,000 for the winning company within each category, other prises and benefits are also available to the 100 finalists.
Deadline:
The closing date for applications is 31 January 2021.
